I'm based in Munich, Germany 🇩🇪 and I've spent my whole career in the startup environment with now more than 10 years of experience in SaaS and marketplaces from being the first commercial employee of a fast-growing SaaS-enabled-marketplace to being a Co-founder of a SaaS startup and now supporting other early-stage founders on their journey from pre-revenue to the first €1 million ARR.

Over the last 2 years, I've helped 25+ SaaS companies to grow their business faster with a powerful GTM strategy - as a growth advisor, consultant, or interim manager.

How much time do I need to invest in the program?

The program is hands-on and actionable and covers topics that you should invest time and resources anyways - with or without the program. You will have every week a 45-min 1-on-1 session (via Google Meet or Zoom) + training videos, video walkthroughs, and small assignments. In total, you should plan with 4h per week (to have enough time to execute the learnings).

When does the next program start? Can we start anytime?

My goal is to support you asap. And as this is a 1-on-1 coaching program working directly with me, we can start the program anytime. But I only work with max. 10 founders at a given time.

Is this program only for founders?

The program is primarily for early-stage B2B SaaS founders. But if you're a sales or marketing leader (VP, Head of, CMO, CRO, CSO) in an early-stage startup and responsible for growth, you can also apply for the program.

Can I invite my co-founders or employees to our 1-on-1 session?
